How do I pay?
Our proposal service allows you to pay 50% deposit right in the proposal. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project and will be invoiced separately. You pay with your own currency credit or debit card which will take the correct amount in order to pay us in Euro.
What is a productized service?
It's a service with a fixed scope, set price, and clear deliverables. It's designed to give you a predictable outcome without the back-and-forth of custom quotes.
Do you help me create my course content?
No, our services are focused on the technical build and platform optimization. You provide all the content (videos, text, quizzes, etc.), and we handle the rest.
Do I need a Teachable school to get started?
Yes, typically you will need a Teachable school with a paid plan in order to get started. If you don't have a Teachable school yet, we can help you set one up. You can also use our affiliate link§ to get 10% off your first year.
What does the "Teachable Quick Launch" package include?
This is for new course creators. It includes the full technical setup of your Teachable school, one course, a custom sales page, and payment gateway integration.
What if my course has more than 15 lessons?
The "Quick Launch" package has a fixed scope of up to 15 lessons. If your course is larger, we can discuss a custom scope during our free discovery call.
Why do I have to pay for an assessment or a plan?
Our Pro Migration and Optimization services are complex. The €499 fee is for a comprehensive assessment of your needs, after which we will provide a fixed-price quote for the full project.
Is the €499 fee refundable?
No, the fee is not refundable, but it is a credit toward the total cost of your project if you decide to move forward with us.
How do your SaaS products (Witness & Reviewer) fit in with these services?
As part of your service package, we will include a complimentary trial of our Witness and Reviewer apps. This allows you to experience the value of social proof and course ratings, after which you can choose to continue on a paid plan.
