What kind of work is included in a Care & Growth Plan?

Larger projects, like new integrations or complex new programs, are usually scoped as separate Sprints.
How do you track and prioritize work each month?

What are the payment terms for Care & Growth Plans?
Care & Growth Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can usually pay by card or bank transfer. For larger organizations, we can align with your procurement process and invoicing requirements.
Can we change or cancel our plan?
You can upgrade or downgrade between Core and Growth at the end of any month. Plans can be cancelled with written notice before the next billing period; unused time in a given month is not rolled over.
Can you work alongside our internal dev or data team?
Yes. Many clients keep their existing developers, agencies, or data teams and use Purple Hippo specifically for Teachable and the surrounding course delivery stack. We can join your Slack, follow your change processes, and provide implementation details your team can build on.
